Hung Tsui Ying, known to her students as Eunice is an exceptional practitioner and lecturer of all the various discipline of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and it is her skill in cosmetic acupuncture that has her reputation around the globe. Eunice enlivens her lectures with her wealth of knowledge and her passion for this exciting ancient therapy and its relevance in today's health issues. Eunice was honoured by Beijing University of Chinese Medicine in 2006 as a "Visiting Lecturer" a rare event within this prestigious university. Hung Tsui Ying has a busy practice in Chinese Medicine in Galway. She is a respected Tuina master from Taiwan and a master practitioner in Chinese Nutrition therapy, Gua Sha therapy, Auricular (ear) acupuncture, Chinese Herbal medicine, and Facial Rejuvenation. Tsui Ying lectures extensively throughout Ireland and England.

James O'Sullivan is a high energy, people friendly practitioner and lecturer, specialising in Integrated Medicine. He holds a B.Sc in Psychology and he was privileged to study Chinese herbs, Acupuncture, Tuina Chinese Medical Acupressure, Qi Gong, and Tai Qi, under the excellent tutorship of Hung Shui Chen, "a living treasure" in Taiwan. He furthered his study with qualifications in Nutrition and other Complementary therapies believing that "we never stop learning about body, mind and health". He gained considerable clinical experience in a number of hospitals under the teaching universities - The Nanjing University of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Zhejiang University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where in 2003, he was honoured with the title "visiting lecturer". Beijing University of Chinese Medicine honoured James as a visiting lecturer on their final year doctor programme.
